Prices are ranges, not quotes
Published figures are comparison ranges. Region, season, access, equipment, labour market, tax and parts availability can all change a final invoice. Use a range to judge whether a quote sits in the normal band and to ask for an explanation. Do not use it to claim that a specific local price must be wrong.
