These terms cover the Dale Knows Heat website and digital products. By purchasing or using them, you agree to use them for your own personal, educational purposes.

Digital products

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to download, read and print the files. You may not resell, republish, share publicly or distribute the files. Copyright remains with the publisher.

Payment and delivery

The checkout provider processes payment, applicable tax, receipts and primary file delivery under its own terms. Prices are shown in US dollars unless checkout says otherwise.

Refunds

If a purchased file is not as described or will not open, contact us. We will first replace or correct it. If we cannot put the problem right, ask for a refund. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you.

Updates

Free lifetime updates means revisions to the purchased bundle, for as long as it remains published and the delivery service can reach the email address used at checkout. It does not promise new or separate products.

Educational use

The guides are general information, not an inspection, diagnosis or professional service. Read the full safety and pricing disclaimer before acting.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the publisher is not responsible for losses caused by treating general information as a diagnosis or by carrying out hazardous work. Safety instructions, equipment manuals and the judgment of a qualified local technician take priority.
